Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. (TSXV: BKM) (NYSE MKT: PBM) would like to state that the Company did not receive written confirmation of the government’s decision in regards to the Morrison Copper/Gold project until an email was sent by the Ministry of Environment to the Company at 11:06 a.m. on October 1, 2012. The official signed copy of the letter was not received until October 3rd.
