Millrock Resources Signs Agreement to Find Cu-Au Deposits in Alaska

Millrock Resources Inc. (TSXV:MRO) signed an option agreement with Vale Exploration to discover copper and gold porphyry deposits in Alaska.

As quoted in the press release:

Under the terms of the option agreement, Vale may earn a 65% interest by expending US$3.5 million for exploration on the project over a three-year period and by paying Millrock US$200,000.
