Foran Mining Corporation (TSXV:FOM) announced its financial results for 2014, which show a net loss of C$1.46 million or $0.02 per share compared to $2.80 million or $0.04 per share for the same period in 2013.

As at December 31, 2014, the Company had a total of $4.05 million in cash and cash equivalents (December 31, 2013: $4.28 million). Working capital totaled $3.98 million (December 31, 2013: $4.26 million).
