EurOmax Acquires100% Ownership of Ilovitza Cu-Au Porphyry

EurOmax Resources Ltd. (TSXV:EOX) reported that it has 100% ownership of the Ilovitza Cu-Au Porphyry Project in Macedonia.

As quoted in the press release:

The major international mining company that held a back-in right to acquire a 70% interest in the Ilovitza property has elected not to exercise the back-in right.
