Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (TSX:DPM) announced its 2012 second quarter net earnings of $9.4 million.

As quoted in the press release:

Reported second quarter 2012 net earnings attributable to common shareholders were $9.6 million ($0.08 per share) compared to $9.1 million ($0.07 per share) for the same period in 2011.
