Chile’s top copper producer, Codelco, is eyeing a significant rise in 2014 copper premiums due to renewed demand from China, according to Reuters.

Reuters reports that:

the state miner expects the rise won’t be “enormously different” to that touted by Europe’s biggest copper smelter Aurubis, which has said it expects to raise premiums by 22 percent to around $105 per tonne next year.
