Candente Copper Corp. (TSX:DNT,BVL:DNT) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,369,727.40. Candente will use net proceeds from the placement for ongoing environmental and social impact assessment activities as well as general corporate purposes.

Candente will use net proceeds from the placement for ongoing environmental and social impact assessment activities as well as general corporate purposes.
As quoted in the press release:
Candente Copper has issued 9,131,516 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.15 each. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one half of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant (a “Warrant”) exercisable to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 until May 22, 2016.
