Aston Bay Holdings Announces $300,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement
Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. (TSXV:BAY) announced a $300,000 non-brokered private placement of up to 1,000,000 units of Aston Bay at a price of $0.20 per NFT Unit and up to 400,000 common shares issued on a “flow-through” basis at a price of $0.25 per FT Share.
As quoted in the press release:
Each NFT Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of a warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.40 for a period of 12 months from the completion of the offering.
