Uralkali Sees Belaruskali as Attractive Target

Reuters reported that Uralkali (LON:URKA) is interested in buying Belaruskali but doesn’t see an acquisition in the short term.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Prospects for a deal dimmed last week when Uralkali shareholder Alexander Nesis said a takeover was “complicated” and unlikely to take place.
