Uralkali Rises as Regulator Approves Merger With Silvinit

Bloomberg reported that shares of Uralkali (LON:URKA) rose after approval of its merger with Silvinit (PINK:SLVNF).

The market news is quoted as saying:

Uralkali agreed to buy Silvinit in a cash and share offer in December and expects to complete the transaction by the end of the second quarter.
