Strata Minerals Announces Financing

Potash InvestingStrata Minerals Inc. (TSXV:SMP) announced a financing consisting of common shares at a price of $0.10 per common share, for a total of $179,000.
As quoted in the press release:
The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes and is subject to regulatory approval. Insiders of the Company will be participating in the private placement which is expected to close on January 30, 2015.
