Strata Minerals (TSXV:SMP) announced a non-brokered financing of up to $600,000, consisting of 9,230,769 common shares at a price of $0.065 per common share.

Strata Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SMP) (“Strata” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 9,230,769 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.065 per common share for gross proceeds of up to $600,000. The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes and is subject to regulatory approval. Insiders of the Company will be participating in the private placement which is expected to close by March 12, 2015.
Subsequent to the private placement, the number of common shares of the Company issued and outstanding will be 33,554,765.
