Potash West Reports Results of Annual General Meeting

Potash West NL (ASX:PWN,OTCPINK:PWNNY) reported that all resolutions put forth were passed unanimously during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.:

• re-election of directors, 
• approval for the future placement of shares, 
• approval for the issue of shared to General Research GmbH, approval for additional placement capacity, 
• ratification of prior share issue of placement shares.
