Potash Corp Sues Engineering Company Over Flaws at Picadilly Mine
The Financial Post reported that Potash Corp of Saskatchewan (TSX:POT,NYSE:POT) is suing an engineering company that built part of its Picadilly mine in New Brunswick over alleged flaws. The announcement comes days after the company said that it would close the mine due to weak market conditions.

The Saskatoon-based miner seeks unspecified damages from Cementation Canada Inc., which was hired in 2008 to oversee the design and construction of two 900-metre deep shafts at the mine near Penobsquis, N.B.
