K+S Says Compo Unit Could Be Sold at End of June

Reuters reported that K+S hopes to have completed the sale of its Compo unit by the end of June.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The sales process would move from the second phase to the final stage this month, and an agreement could be struck as early as end-June, the head of K+S’s fertiliser unit Joachim Felker said.
