Gensource Potash (TSXV:GSP) reported its proposal to change auditors, from Ernst & Young LLP to MNP LLP. This change is going to be presented at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 9, 2015.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company proposes the change in appointment from Ernst & Young LLP, (the “Former Auditors”) to MNP LLP, (the “Successor Auditors”). There were no reservations in the Former Auditor’s reports in connection with the two most recently completed fiscal years. There were also no “reportable events” (as that term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the Company and the Former Auditor.
In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the former auditor and the successor will be filed on SEDAR accordingly.
