Encanto Potash (TSXV:EPO) has announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 20,588,235 flow-through shares at $0.085 per share for gross proceeds of $1.75 million.
As quoted in the press release:
The flow-through shares are subject to a hold period expiring March 1, 2017. Finder’s fees of $105,000 to Secutor Capital Management Corp. were paid in connection with the Offering. Proceeds will be used towards the continued exploration and development of Encanto’s Muskowekwan property in Saskatchewan.
