DuSolo Fertilizers Closes Oversubscribed C$6,800,000 Private Placement

Potash InvestingDuSolo Fertilizers (TSXV:DSF,OTC Pink:ELGSF,FWB:E6R) has closed a non-brokered private placement of 25,185,186 shares at a price of $0.27 per share for gross proceeds of C$6,800,000.
DuSolo Fertilizers (TSXV:DSF,OTC Pink:ELGSF,FWB:E6R) has closed a non-brokered private placement of 25,185,186 shares at a price of $0.27 per share for gross proceeds of C$6,800,000.
As quoted in the press release:
The C$6,000,000 private placement announced on September 12, 2014 was oversubscribed and was increased due to investor demand. There are no warrants attached to this offering.
DuSolo president and CEO, Eran Friedlander, said:
