Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. (TSXV:CPM,OTCMKTS:CPMMF) announced that it has obtained a new symbol for trading on the OTCQX International.
As quoted in the press release:
This new symbol is closely aligned to the symbol used for trading of the Company’s shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. As a segment of the OTCQX marketplace, the OTCQX International is reserved for high-quality non-U.S. companies listed on a qualified stock exchange in their home country.
The Company anticipates that trading under the new symbol will commence on the OTCQX on July 20, 2015. Crystal Peak will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under its existing symbol.
Lance D’Ambrosio, CEO of Crystal Peak, commented:
We are very pleased to have obtained our new OTCQX symbol. Now our TSX Venture Exchange symbol, “CPM”, and our OTCQX symbol, “CPMMF”, are similar and easy to remember. This will help investors track our stock and should result in enhanced liquidity and a more orderly retail market.
