Brazil Potash Raises Funds for Amazon Basin Development

Brazil Potash Corp. announced it has secured capital for potash exploration at the Amazon Basin project.

As quoted in the press release:

Existing shareholders and new Brazilian based shareholders participated in the capital raising. One of the cornerstone investors in this round is CD Capital Natural Resources Fund II which committed US$24.6 million of the total US$58.66 million of the fundraising.
