Adroit Resources non-brokered private placement update

Adroit Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADT)(FRANKFURT:A7V)(BERLIN:A7V)announced that it has reached agreements for a non-brokered private placement in Europe of 5,563,067 common shares at the price of C$ 0.06 per common share to raise gross proceeds of C$ 333,784.
