$1 Million Financing Closed by Ultra Lithium

Ultra Lithium Inc. (TSXV:ULI) closed its non-brokered private placement previously announced on August 18, 2014, raising $1,000,000 through the issuance of 20,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share.

As quoted in the press release:

All shares issued under the private placement will be subject to a four month hold period expiring on January 19, 2015, pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (“Exchange”).
