Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB:TAUG) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Constellation Diagnostics Inc. Under terms of the MOU, Tauriga and Constellation will establish a Joint Venture Partnership to develop and commercialize an imaging-based diagnostic technology for use in predictive and preventative oncology.

Under terms of the MOU, Tauriga and Constellation will establish a Joint Venture Partnership to develop and commercialize an imaging-based diagnostic technology for use in predictive and preventative oncology.
As quoted in the press release:
