For the fourth quarter of 2017, Afrezza net revenue was $4.5 million, an increase of 125% compared to the third quarter of 2017 and 238% compared to the fourth quarter of 2016. Included in the fourth quarter net revenue is a favorable adjustment for a change in estimate of $1.4 million. The change in estimate relates to obtaining new and more comprehensive data regarding the inventory in the distribution channel – specifically inventory in the retail channel.
