Naturally Splendid (TSXV:NSP,OTCQB:NSPDF) announced that at its annual general meeting, the incumbent directors were re-elkected and Bryan Carson was elected as a new director of the company. Carson is a co-founder of the company and currently vice-president of operations.
According to the press release:
The shareholders of Naturally Splendid re-elected the incumbent directors, being J. Craig Goodwin, Chuck Jenkins, Russ Crawford, Peter Hughes, Peter Howes and Frank Siemens, and elected Bryan Carson as a new director of Naturally Splendid. Mr. Carson is a co-founder of Naturally Splendid and is currently the Vice-President of Operations of Naturally Splendid’s operating subsidiary.
