Naturally Splendid Signs German Based Distributor and Ships Initial Purchase Order

Naturally Splendid (TSXV:NSP)is pleased to announce it has engaged a German based distributor, Soletek GmbH  (“Soletek”) to distribute the 100% owned NATERA® hemp and superfood retail line to the German Marketplace. An initial purchase order has been shipped to Soletek.

Soletek GmbH is positioned to be a leader in the distribution of innovative, quality products through a sophisticated e-commerce platform.  Soletek GmbH was founded as a new company in February 2016 through a purchase of assets and inventories of betronic EDV-Großhandel GmbH, Hilden.  The acquisition of betronic GmbH, Soletek GmbH secures the experience and expertise of more than 20 years of distribution success giving Soletek immediate access to an already established customer base which is the “Who is Who” of German trade companies.
Soletek Founder and CEO Mr. Detlef Becker states, “ We have developed a proprietary system of e-commerce marketing that is well suited to the NATERA® product line.  It is with great enthusiasm that we begin this relationship with Naturally Splendid. We expect the NATERA® hemp food line to be the first of several product lines from Naturally Splendid that we will market to the German marketplace. NATERA® products are our second distribution of nutritional supplements and complement the distribution of neuenergy® e-tabs from the US company NeutriSci®.”
NATERA ® Foods ( www.nateralife.com ) is the Company’s retail hemp and superfood line that consists of a variety of naturally flavoured hemp seeds and proteins produced from 100% Canadian grown and processed hemp and other various superfoods.
