ContraFect Prices Public Offering

ContraFect (NASDAQ:CFRX) priced its upcoming public offering of common stock and warrants at $40 million.
As quoted in the press release:

The pricing of its underwritten public offering of 32,000,000 shares of its common stock and related warrants to purchase 16,000,000 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $1.55 per share at a combined public offering price of $1.25 per share and related warrant. All shares and warrants in the offering are to be sold by ContraFect. The gross proceeds from the offering will be $40.0 million.
The offering is expected to close on or about July 25, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
