Bavarian Nordic A/S today announced its financial calendar for the year 2017. Bavarian Nordic is a fully integrated biotechnology company focused on the development, manufacturing and commercialization of cancer immunotherapies and vaccines for infectious diseases, based on the Company’s live virus vaccine platform.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, September 13, 2016 – Bavarian Nordic A/S (OMX: BAVA, OTC: BVNRY) today announced its financial calendar for the year 2017.

March 15, 20172016 Annual Report
April 25, 2017Annual General Meeting
May 4, 2017First quarterly report (Q1) for the three-month period ended 31 March 2017
August 25, 2017Half-year report (Q2) for the six-month period ended 30 June 2017
November 8, 2017Third quarterly report (Q3) for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2017

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Articles of Association, shareholders who wish to submit a request for proposals for consideration at the Annual General Meeting must lodge this with the Company no later than Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
Moreover, it should be noted that Bavarian Nordic in a period of two weeks before planned publication of quarterly reports (silent periods), will not comment specifically on developments or financial issues and expectations.
