Algernon Pharmaceuticals Announces OTC Trading Symbol Change to AGNPF

Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE:AGN, FRANKFURT:AGW, OTCQB:AGNPF) (the “Company” or “Algernon”) a clinical stage pharmaceutical development company is pleased to announced today that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), has approved a change in the Company’s stock symbol on the OTC Markets. Effective today, December 30, 2019, the Company’s common shares are expected to trade on the OTC Markets under the symbol “AGNPF”. The previous trading symbol was “BTHCF.”

There is no action required by current shareholders in connection with this change.
