Orion Nutraceuticals Announces Shares for Services

Orion Nutraceuticals Inc., (CSE:ORI) (the “Company” or “Orion”) announces that it will issue a total of 915,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.10 per share to certain persons for certain consulting services provided to the Company owed totaling approximately $91,500.

The shares issued pursuant to the Agreement are subject to a four month hold period.
