Natcore Technology Extends Private Placement for 30 days

Natcore Technology Inc. (TSXV:NXT) announced it is extending its previously announced non-brokered private placement, as announced previously, for a period of 30 days. As previously announced, the company intends to raise up to $3.0-million through the sale of up to 8,333,333 units at a price of 36 cents per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase a further common share at 55 cents for a period of three years.
