Prepaid Financial Services Limited (PFS), an established e-money issuer and alternative banking provider has taken the award for Prepaid Service Provider of the Year in the Prepaid Summit Awards Europe 2016.
The Prepaid Summit Awards acknowledge the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the prepaid sector. PFS was a finalist in three categories in this year’s Awards: Financial Inclusion Programme of the Year, Best Corporate/Payroll Prepaid Card & Government Digital Prepaid Initiative of the Year, Prepaid Service Provider of the Year; demonstrating the pedigree of the FinTech solutions it provides.
Noel Moran, CEO, Prepaid Financial Services said: “We are delighted to bring home Prepaid Service Provider of the Year and to be recognised in such prestigious awards. The team have worked incredibly hard over the last 12 months to develop innovative products for our clients and winning this award is a testament to their dedication and hard work.
“PFS has had a great 2016, with record growth driven by the launch of several new products including a multicurrency product capable of holding 15 different currencies, and the launch of an API banking proposition that facilitates SEPA Credit and Debit Transfers which has allowed us to extend our banking solution across the Eurozone.
“With 50 new positions being filled across all three of our locations in the next couple of months, we’re looking forward to kicking off what we hope to be another very busy, but prosperous, year.”
