Linx announced the acquisition of Neemo, a firm that specializes in customized delivery solutions through its application and e-commerce platform.
Linx (NYSE:LINX) announced the acquisition of Neemo, a firm that specializes in customized delivery solutions, through the integration of the establishment’s delivery application and its e-commerce platform.
As quoted in the press release:
The omnichannel experience provided by Neemo also enables restaurants and their consumers to pick-up orders at the store, place orders at the table using QR Code and messaging services, such as Facebook Messenger.
The acquisition of Neemo is yet another step by Linx to reinforce its cross selling strategy, adding financial solutions to its other products, solutions and services. “We work to meet the needs of retailers, from the micro-entrepreneur to the owner of a chain of stores. And, this purchase allows us to offer our own delivery management solution with products related to aggregate financial services. In this way, we expand the performance of our fintech Linx Pay Hub and reinforce the Food Services vertical,” says Alberto Menache, CEO of Linx.
