Bitdefender CEO Florin Talpes to speak about tech innovation drivers in Eastern Europe, mentor startups
Bitdefender, the innovative security software solutions provider, and one of Eastern Europe’s most successful tech companies, will showcase its latest technological innovations at Web Summit, booth 749, which will bring together 50,000 tech CEOs, founders, startups, investors and political leaders in Lisbon next month.

Bitdefender, which protects over 500 million users worldwide with both enterprise and consumer solutions, will highlight advances in smartphone security including Bitdefender BOX, the first integrated home cyber security solution.
Florin Talpes, CEO and founder of Bitdefender, will take the Breakthrough Stage on November 10, 11:50 AM to share insights into why Romania has become a technology innovation hotspot, and may become the “Silicon Valley of Europe.” He will also host a mentor hour session that day for four startups, from 13:45 to 14:45 local time.
