QPR Software made a deal to deliver QPR ProcessDesigner and QPR Metrics, as well as professional consulting services to a leading European engineering company. QPR has a long history in implementing process-driven integrated management systems for quality and operational excellence. The duration of the contract made is three years, and it is worth well over 0,2 million euros.

The customer is a leading industrial engineering conglomerate providing products and services in about 100 countries for improving customers’ operations while minimizing environmental impact. With QPR’s solution, the customer can enhance quality management and improve the efficiency of operations by adopting QPR’s business process modeling and performance management software. Monitoring redesigned business processes is crucial to ensure that the new approach is fit-for-purpose and to help identify process bottlenecks and other areas of improvement.
