Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. Appoints David Massey as CEO

Solar Integrated Roofing’s (OTC PINK:SIRC) board has appointed David Massey as the company’s new CEO. Massey will replace Mr. Melland.
According to the press release:

David Massey’s appointment as CEO was a part of the share exchange agreement. With the appointment of the new CEO the company will have the leadership to expand the growth that is needed to make Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. an acquisition leader in this space.
