Renewable Energy and Power Completes Restructuring and Secures New Funding

Renewable Energy and Power (OTC PINK: RBNW) announce that the Company has completed capital restructuring and is now prepared to move the company forward. A commitment from an institutional investor for new equity capital has been obtained.
