American Manganese Inc. (TSXV:AMY; PINKS:AMYZF;FRANK:2AM) has released the results of its annual general meeting held on Oct. 18, 2016. At the meeting, all resolutions placed before the meeting were passed.
American Manganese Inc. (TSXV:AMY; PINKS:AMYZF;FRANK:2AM) has released the results of its annual general meeting held on Oct. 18, 2016. At the meeting, all resolutions placed before the meeting were passed. Shareholders re-elected Larry W. Reaugh, Andris Kikauka, Jan Eigenhuis, Michael MacLeod, Edward Skoda, Norm Tribe and Kurt Lageschulte to serve as directors of the company for the ensuing year.
DeVisser Gray, chartered accountants, was appointed as auditor of the company and shareholders approved increasing the number of incentive stock options available under the company’s existing stock option plan to 20 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares as at the date of the meeting.
American Manganese is focused on capitalizing on its patented intellectual property through low-cost production or recovery of electrolytic manganese products throughout the world and recycling of spent electric vehicle lithium-ion rechargeable batteries.
