American Manganese Inc (TSXV:AMY; PINKS:AMYZF;FRANK:2AM) CEO Larry Reaugh was spotlighted on Jim Goddard’s advertising segment, Company Showcase.
Reaugh discussed the company’s most recent news, that it has filed for full patents in the US. These patents cover the technology for recycling lithium-ion batteries and 100 percent recovery of cathode materials, including a 100 percent recovery of lithium. Further benefits of this technology, which Reaugh believes will be of interest to Electric Vehicle manufacturers looking to stay green, is that it has no waste stream and it extracts materials with 100 percent purity.
The company’s executive also highlighted that this patent will protect the technology in a majority of countries across the world, making it a more secure investment. The company is also looking to file other patents in the coming year as they improve and refine the technology.
As American Manganese progresses, the company is starting to see more interest from the market, and Reaugh believes this will be beneficial to shareholders.
