Apivio Systems Reports Resignation of Director

Apivio Systems Inc. (TSXV:APV) has announced that the Mr. Chang Woo Lee, the President of Apivio’s wholly owned subsidiary, Moimstone Co. Ltd., has resigned. Mr. Lee, who was a member of the board of directors of the company, also resigned from that position.
According to the press release:

“On behalf of the Company and the Board, we wish to thank Mr. Lee for his contributions to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Rob Bakshi, President & CEO.
The Company will take steps to fill Mr. Lee’s Board seat as soon as practicable.
