Zimtu Capital reports that it has acted as one of the property vendors in Mineral Hill Industries acquisition of the Chickadee Creek Lithium Brine property, located about 200 km west of Edmonton, Alberta.
For its participation in the Mineral Hill transaction, the Company will receive 1,000,000 common shares and $10,000 subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”).
