Valterra Resource (TSXV:VQA,FWB:3VA) reported that Lawrence Page, Q.C. acquired 1,562,500 units of Valterra on November 22, 2012, together with Manex Resource Group Inc., Manex Investments Inc. and Lawrence Page Q.C. Law Corporation.

As quoted in the press release:

… the Shareholder acquired, pursuant to a private placement, 1,562,500 units (the “Units”) of Valterra at a price of $0.08 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share (a “Common Share”) and one-half of a common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”), with each Warrant exercisable to purchase an additional Common Share at a price of $0.12 per Common Share for a period of two years.
