Ucore Uranium reports has completed its announced non-brokered private placement, consisting of 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one whole warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of twenty-four months from the closing of the offering. Both the shares and the warrants are subject to a four-month hold period.
