The former auditors and new auditors confirm that there are no disagreements or unresolved issues. The resignation of Smythe Ratcliffe and the appointment of Davidson & Company have been approved by the Audit Committee and by the Board of Directors of the Company. Serengeti thanks Smythe Ratcliffe for their past service on the file.
At the Company’s 2010 annual general meeting, shareholders of the Company will be asked to approve the appointment of Davidson & Company as auditors of the Company.
