Wildcat Closes $1 Million Private Placement

Wildcat Silver Corporation (TSX VENTURE:WS) reported the closing of a non-brokered private placement of two million units at a price of $0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of $1 million.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Each unit comprises one common share and one half of one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.75 per common share for a period of one year from May 21, 2010.
