Two Security Guards Killed in Violence at Tahoe Resources’ Escobal Silver Project

Mineweb reported that two security guards were killed in an attack at Tahoe Resources’ Escobal silver project in Guatemala.

As quoted in the market report:

It is the third act of violence against mining projects or operations in Guatemala this month, and the first that resulted in fatalities.
