Sunset Cove Mining Inc.(TSXV:SSM) announced that it is hoping to extend the expiry date of up to 8,580,000 outstanding share purchase warrants. The Company wants to move the expiry date to October 2012.
As quoted in the press release:
The exercise price of the warrants due to expire in April and May 2012 will remain unchanged at $0.15. The exercise price of the warrants due to expire on June 3, 2012 will remain unchanged at $0.25.
