Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (TSXV:SSM,BVL:SSM) announced a non-brokered private placement comprised of up to 10,000,000 units. The private placement is for total gross proceeds of up to $500,000 at a price of $0.05 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit consists of one (1) common share (“Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant provides the holder with the right to purchase one (1) additional Share for $0.10 per Share.
