Sunset Cove Mining (TSXV:SSM) has filed its financial statements on SEDAR. The Company also announced the incorporation of an affiliate, B&W Milling Inc. to finance the due diligence relating to the establishment of a custom gold milling operation in Peru.
As quoted in the press release:
The Affiliate is in the process of completing a private placement of approximately $225,000 to conduct its work and the Company holds 5 million B&W shares. It is anticipated that in the course of its development B&W will seek to list its shares on a Canadian stock exchange and the company proposes to distribute the shares of B&W, which it holds to the shareholders of Sunset Cove Mining Inc.
