Silvercorp Announces Positive Preliminary Assessment for the Silvertip Silver-Lead-Zinc Project

Silvercorp Metals Inc. (TSX:SVM,NYSE:SVM) announced it has received an independent Preliminary Assessment Technical Report on its Silvertip project, British Columbia, Canada.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Silvercorp intends to complete the continuing environmental assessment study, to prepare and submit an application for the Small Mine Permit, and to complete a feasibility study for the Silvertip project in fiscal 2012.
